Clothes descriptions & sizes

Al of the clothes that we sell are described by our sellers. We hope that they wil match their description but please let us know if they do not. All sizes are as per clothing labels unless no size is shown or if we have been informed that the item is incorrectly sized. If you try on an item and believe that it is wrongly-sized, please let us know and we can re-label it. You may find that you need to try on different size clothes from different manufacturers and we'll do our best to advise you which clothes should suit you at your stage of pregnancy.

All clothes have been washed but we can't confirm which washing powderor liquid has been used. If you have any allergic reaction to any washing products, please wash the clothes yourself before wearing them.

Payment

When you visit us at our shop or one of our local agents' homes, you may pay by cash, cheque or by debit and credit card. You will be issued with a receipt which you should keep in the event of you requiring a refund. Debit & credit cards are processed using Paypal Virtual Terminal, a safe systerm which ensures that your details are used for a single transaction only.

Cheques should be made payable to Cambridge Bumps Ltd. You will be asked to provide your cheque guarantee card and your name & postal address should be written on the back of the cheque. Payment can only be accepted by cheque up to the cheque guarantee limit printed on your card.

Refund Policy

We hope that you'll be pleased with your purchases and we offer a 'no quibble' money back guarantee if you contact us within ten days of purchasing your items.

Delivery

Most of our sales will take place face to face. In some circumstances, though, we may deliver goods by post. (For example, you may have tried on an item at an agent's home and decided at a later date that you would like to buy it and have it posted to you). All items will be delivered within seven days unless you are advised otherwise. You will be advised of post & packaging charges in advance. We are happy to send goods abroad and to provide full details of our items for sale, including photograhs where possible.

Privacy

Any information collected about you will be held in confidence and will not be passed to any third parties. You will not be contacted unless you consent to receiving regular updates from us.
